Academy of Influencers is a values-based organization working with different communities and people of different spheres.

AOI believe that every person is a leader, and all have the potential to be great leaders instead of being just good leaders. while many people are influential, not every influential person can make a positive impact.

Chaos, instability, poverty, abuse, and injustice are observed currently in many communities in this nation. It is important that the youth in every community are empowered to stand against such situations and bring positive change as influencers, beginning from their community and extending beyond.

AOI also believe that many youths are distracted and derailed because they do not receive proper mentorship or guidance to move forward; and do not have many reputable elders or father figures that we can look up to who will help the younger generation rise.

Approximately 50% of youth drop out of the education system upon completion of O/Ls as there is pressure to go and earn money to support their families because of overwhelming poverty. Therefore, as the youth grow up without a completed education or proper mentorship, this is a recipe for failure.

AOI intend to create awareness, raise up leaders and provide one on one mentorship to these youth to help fulfil their destiny and their vision which would help end poverty in all forms.
